EBRHA is a resource for current legislative updates on the local and state front. Our primary goal of protecting the rights of rental property owners is enhanced by the knowledge of new and proposed laws being discussed in the county and Bay Area. With budget shortfalls hitting both the state and most local municipalities, proposed taxes that affect our industry are never far behind.
