Since 1939, the Rental Housing Association of Northern Alameda County (RHANAC) has recognized the alliance between providers of rental housing and the businesses that service their needs. Through our commitment to advance the interests of the rental housing industry in Alameda County, we offer a variety of avenues for Associate Members to reach out and work with this unique and high volume market.

Landlord Referrals: Often members of RHANAC will call on our staff to provide them with referrals to businesses that are involved in the rental housing industry. As part of your membership, you’ll have the opportunity to increase your customer base by promoting your organization’s commitment to the over 2,000 providers of rental housing.

Networking Opportunities: As an Associate Member you have the opportunity to network with our over 2,000 members and speak one on one about your products and services.
Targeted Mailings: Deliver your business’s message directly to rental housing providers by taking advantage of our economical, direct mailings at discounted rates.

Associate Member Directory: Every year your company will gain increased visibility with a listing in our Associate Member Directory, which is provided once a year as a convenient insert in our member mailer.

Website Directory Listing: The website is a great way to have your business continuously promoted to everyone coming to our site. You can even have your website linked from our directory. Banner ads are also available.

Sponsor a Membership Meeting: Sponsoring a membership meeting is one of the most effective ways to increase your company’s profile among the members. Sponsorship includes your company’s name and products/services being presented at the meeting, as well as being featured on the announcement mailer for the meeting. Additionally, meetings present networking opportunities with other owners, managers and service vendors.
