The Rental Housing Association of Northern Alameda County (RHANAC) is a nonprofit trade association representing over 20,000 rental property owners in the cities of Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, Emeryville, and Piedmont.
Established in 1939, RHANAC provides the resources which enable members to operate successful and efficient rental property businesses. Creating awareness and providing quality educational programs have been the backbone of our organization.
