Our "Landlord Basics" Workshop is offered monthly and free to Non-Members.  We explain in great detail the importance of tenant screening, the application process, rent control & Measure EE.  In addition we discuss the numerous benefits EBRHA membership offers to local rental property owners and managers.  It’s also a chance for you to meet other local landlords and discuss the problems and issues you are all facing.
